+1 Yep, my guess is something is not hold pressure. Like a slight dip.
Replaced low pressure fuel pump and filter? - this gasket on the top likes to leak, but most of the time it throw a code. Maybe small tear or leak from the gasket?
I did replace the low pressure fuel pump and filter a while ago but kept the old higher quality one just in case it was still good. I swapped them again last night and this morning the car started with just a millisecond hiccup on the first try when usually it needs two tries to start so maybe it was the check valve in the low pressure fuel pump? We will see.

Update, it wasn't the LPFP. I was given a false positive with the weather being so warm out. This morning was the first time it was below zero in the morning since I switched the pump and it was back to the same issues. It actually wouldn't start at all, just kept stalling after trying it 30 plus times. The fuel pressure was in the 1500s when it was stalling so that looks fine. Unfortunately it refused to give any codes the entire time. So the issue is worse the colder it is outside after sitting. Here are my next things I am looking at since I have ruled out HPFP, LPFP, and Vanos solenoids: Injectors and purge valve. Any other Ideas?

Another update, when I got off work it still would not start. Decided to take out plugs and they were black as my soul with soot (not wet with oil) equally. Tops of pistons were all wet. Cleaned off the plugs and it started up. Soooo, it is running incredibly rich. Going to start with purge valve, then move on to sensors and injectors.
