Did you mean Brake? Check FCPEuro for pads. They typically list the OEM suppliers. But, you don't want them...high dust.

Don't get convinced you need OEM brake discs. Go to RockAuto and select the least expensive solid rotors that have Gomet (or similar) environmental coating.

Geomet are coated rotors. Good idea if you live in high corrosive areas like Florida or where they salt the roads during the winter. Not needed in Arizona. I use RockAuto for all my brake pads & rotors. Powerstop offers a good product & they have a low dust pad option.
I also like the Dynamic Friction products.

The coating helps prevent rust. Something like this is all you need:

Just make sure you get the correct size.

Why not get the OEM brand that’s been used by Mini, but not purchase it from BMW?
Question is, what brand are the original break disks?
I don’t live in high corrosive area, I’m not so close to the sea.

OEM BMWs are Jurid, TRW or Textar. However regular steel discs are almost a commodity item.

On the higher end are Zimmermann & Brembo. Get whatever is in your budget and give more attention to the pads.

Well, true if you never leave Arizona... ;-) I did an experiment and painted my front rotors with caliper paint (high temperature) and my rear rotors with clear coat, just to see if either would hold up. After a couple trips back to the frozen north, the clear coated rotors need some love again. I agree to get the coated rotors, even if you do paint them, because you can't really protect the inner areas, which will spew rust all over your nice clean calipers...

Yep Jurid, TRW, Brembo dependent on what brake package. I Have the ECS V4 slotted on both my MINIs. I had them all. I have had EBC reds, akebono, hawk HPS. Depends on the driving and if you daily or track day.

I prefer the coated rotors as up here you get all kind of salt.

Ok thanks guys. Im not really using my R56S on the track, its mostly for daily use. Nor am i a mini tech to understand much about tech stuff. I gotta tell ya that im located in Europe, so im kinda lost regarding the brands. Like i said, i must replace my brake discs cause after 150K km they have become pretty thin.
As #njaremka said, i don't think i should be getting OEM brake discs either, although i kinda feel that its the safe way to go. On the other hand, i guess i shouldn't be spending so much money for OEM parts, not after 150K km (or should i?)... i have no clue what to go after... what would you say that my options are regarding DiskBreaks?
