Radio Lights Intermittantly Not Working

All. I have been having this random problem with my radio lights not working. It seems to work fine when it's cold outside... (contracting points?) and it fails when it warm outside... (expanding points?).
See pictures below... I have heard from a couple of sources that you can degauss or demagnetize or something with electricity to reset the radio LED's... does anyone know what that is... and does it work?
Or is this a problem that can be fixed reseeding a connection somewhere? Thanks in advance.

My first mini cooper did this. It was worse than yours. I found another speedometer for super cheap (like $30) took it all apart and swapped the radio portion only. Worked great after that

It was on this forum I believe. It was a part out from a wrecked mini. This was back in probably 2017 or 2018 as well.
Check your local junkyard too
