I swear. We fix one thing, and another code gets thrown. The car is still in limp mode even after replacing the HPFP. The new codes, which it has never thrown, are 0x2774 Air mass, plausibility; air mass too high and 0x2DCE Valvetronic system: no adjustment possible.

Any ideas where to look next?

Checking your other threads, the car is a 2012 Cooper S...

2774 is a secondary fault, and is likely stored due to the 2DCE code. The 2DCE code is faulty valvetronic, likely related to bad solenoids. I would replace both VANOS solenoids, and move forward.

I used these 5 years ago:

Intake and Exhaust are the same.

You may need to have your DME software updated.

We did replace one of the VANOS solenoids a few months back. Guess the other one has gone out now. UGH! I just want to drive my car. We bought it this summer and it's been sitting more than I have been able to drive it. So frustrating.
Thank you for the help.
