How is the fabric -as seen in the picture- that protects from splashes in the wheel arches called?
Can it be found in other than the Bmw brand, need to change it but need a cheaper option.
I had not seen your picture the first time I responded. Now that I have:
The liner is held by several clips and screws. One of the clips is pretty much at the very top and only a few centimeters from the outer edge (i.e. the one "hanging" low in your picture). Is that clip there and/or the liner damaged?
Mine has that same issue ever since i put the bumper in service mode... Somehow when I returned it to normal mode it kept the liner stretched or a little taught so it doesn't stay tucked in.

I can’t really understand the sketch in order to look for the clip. Is it possible to draw a point in my picture so i will know where to look?
The sketch's perspective is from below, as if the car is high on a lift and you're standing underneath the wheel arch with the wheel removed. The front of the car is to the left (like in your picture) and the construct in the middle is the suspension and brake disc. The two round "plates" (?) pointed to with nr. 6 are the covers for changing the indicator and fog light bulbs.
There is a recess which can be clearly felt when going over it with your finger tips.
It is difficult to indicate a hidden spot with two dimensional lines on a three dimensional picture, but here's my try:
