R56 Electrical diagram
Electrical diagram
Greetings all Mini maniacs!
I am working on the family fun car. My daughter was driving, hit a pothole, and rough running started then it died.
Symptoms:
It will crank, no start, no sputter, not even try to catch. Windows will not work via switch, nor will the sunroof move. Interesting, the window will still move as normal slightly when opening and closing the door.
Looking for a wiring diagram to find what is in common with the two systems. Any pointers to online access?

Update, partial success.
When we purchased the car a few years ago, I also purchased a Foxwell 510 (I believe that is the correct model, at work now)
I was able to use it to reset the CAS. This allowed the windows to start working again! Too late for more work.
I have checked plug coils, getting voltage, sprayed starter fluid into hose out of turbo, and the car sputtered. If I can get fuel to flow it will start.
More information- I had removed the JBE and checked the K96 relay. Possible cracks at the solder of one leg, so I flowed it again. Looks better.
If there is still no pump action from the low pressure pump, I now have an adapter for my fuel gauge. I will measure the supply from LPFP where it enters the HPFP.
Still need to know: Where does the K96 relay get its signal to energize?
It is possible it comes from the CAS, and ours is faulty. Don't really want to go down that road, but will if needed.
