New clutch now grinding when fully depressed

Hoping someone may know. I just replace the clutch in a 2007 base. Shifts fine. When you press the clutch it’s easy to press but when all the way to the floor it makes a grinding sound. Only happens when fully depressed. I bled the system by depressing the pedal and leaving to the floor for 2 days. Not sure if this means it still has trapped air or if it could be another issue. Drove the car down the street just didn’t push pedal to the floor and it shifts smoothly. Anyone have any ideas what might make the grinding sound when pedal is pushed to the floor?

In order to put the air out (if there is) make about 10 full press/depress the clutch without moving any gear...If there is air should come out

Might be over extending the pressure plate when you push all the way to the floor. You can buy a clutch stop from bms and make it to your liking. There is a stock clutch stop already pushed into the firewall it might not be there for you anymore or just worn out.
