Front and Rear (single) fog light do not toggle on

Car was in the body shop for a bit, got dinged in the quarter panel by the landscaper. Got it back, says battery charge is low.

Front fogs and the single rear fog do not toggle on. No illumination on the dashboard. Trying to figure out what relay/fuse could be the issue, but i haven't seen anything burned out.

Any thoughts? 2012.

@Black Sharpie @karenjackson

Your FRM footwell module which is located on the driver side by the clutch pedal is either faulted or it needs to be reprogrammed by the dealership only.

My car is USA version. LHD.
Is it common for cars sold in the US to turn off the rear fog light and have to turn it back on using the NCS expert (ncs dummy)?
