Help, damage from mechanic

Took my 2009 R56 JCW mini to a local quick oil change shop due to being too busy at work. Regretting this very much.

Supposed to be a quick job but I had to wait an hour and half for them to attempt to replace the oil filter. When I got home I found this cracked air charge pipe and broken blow-by-recirc from valve cover to intake runners.

I’m not going to bother going back to argue but would love some help getting part numbers so I can replace these!
if anyone know what the part numbers for these are and where I can buy them, this would be much appreciated!

John (San Mateo, CA)

That's unfortunate, but honestly those hoses commonly break as the plastic drys out and will be brittle. So anyone that just touches it will make it fall apart.
Here is the new one

WMW is right, the rubber components do get brittle due to repeated heat cycles and therefore oxidation occurs and loses the elasticity properties. They crack easily after a certain time/mileage. It could possibly have been avoided if they first properly remove the intake tube, but I guess they didn't, and instead, they probably jammed their 24mm socket head onto the filter cap and try to undo it from there. Could partially be their fault, but mostly because the rubber has become too brittle for whoever touches it will probably just break it the same.

Yikes, yep heat cycles and it gets brittle.

That intake manifold looks like the cold climate version which is now nla. You would have to switch over to the original, or fit the one you have with some universal hardware.
