Replace stock fogs with LED pod and use stock switch?
Hey NAM,
I haven't been able to find an answer to this question. I have an R56S (2010) with stock front fog lamps. I want to replace them with some brighter LED pods ( ).
Is it as simple as cutting off the lamps, soldering on the LED pods, and not touching the stock toggle?
Additionally, could I then relay in a light bar (placement TBD) to also work off the fog lamp switch? I don't mind if they all come on at the same time.

I would get some H8 plugs for the wires, so you can return to stock if needed. Apart from that, should work ok.
I think the the hardest part will be figuring out how to mount them to the bumper.
