Resetting adaptations weekly - issues?

Hi all.
I have a Foxwell 510 Pro scanner and reset my adaptations the other day and it's wonderful.

The question is, if I do this every weekend or bi-weekly, could this cause long term issues?

Thanks!

No long term issues except loss of power and fuel economy. If you're auto it may cause some issues.

Once the adaptives are reset the systems learn your driving style and the car's miscellaneous parts to optimize fuel and timing curves for power and economy.

I have the Schwaben scan tool which I think is the same scan tool. I have not dug too deeply with it, other than reading codes and battery registration. I’m curious if can tell me how you did this?
Thanks
