Hey, just trying to see how many people on here are going to minis on the dragon? Just found out about it a few days ago and I think the girlfriend and I are going. We Think it'll be a blast.

 

We were gonna go but the hotel costs are pretty steep and all the run groups filled up in seconds.

Tail of the dragon has construction going on monday - friday so they will be closing the road, they said 30 min intervals not sure what that means

I'm gonna do a HPDE weekend instead

 

I'm just now looking into all the information of it. So there will be construction? That's a bummer

 

Ok I guess I'm confused. You have to pay a $12 fee in order to sign up for anything. Then when you go to the schedule page it shows a list of different drives and activities for each day and each one is around $30. So you have to pick and choose which one you want to do?

 

Most the drives are free. Some you pay for a meal if you want it. But they are mostly full.

 

Hmmm, sounds like I may not be going then.

yeah, carolina motorsports park has a NASA southeast event that weekend, I might sign up for the hpde 2 run group I have to finish the LSD install this weekend and then decide

 

Just got back on Sunday night. It was a blast. There were 4 other minis there but I didn't get a chance to talk to them.
