R56 Right side engine noise

Right side engine noise

I have this noise on the right side of my 2009 mini r56. It sounds like a metal whining noise. The car has 100k on it.

Sounds like a friction wheel, try to pull the tab and lock the friction wheel out and see if the noise goes away.
