Turn Signals, bottom controls issues

I have a 2012 cooper s, I am having some issues with the electronics in the car, after giving it a wash I noticed that some of my electronics were not working.
These include turn signals, windows not going up or down, hazards, high beams, convenience lighting and fog lights. I also have the red mini on a lift icon appear on its own.
I'm assuming there's water damage since everything worked perfectly before.
I have checked all of the fuses, none are blown as far as i can tell. I have done some research and am assuming its a relay or something. I am hoping to find some info on what relay it is, or what the problem could be. Thanks!

Just so that we have a better understanding, what did this wash entail, .....did you use a pressure washer, and did it include using this in the engine compartment?

Just a regular wash is unlikely to cause those issues.

Battery might be weak/old.

I did wash in the engine compartment not with a pressure washer though. however there was water so I'm assuming it seeped into some electronics.

I checked the battery it seems fine. It's less than 4 years old. Thank you though

I don't have a service manual, but if you could find one to locate the connectors for the engine management and body management units, disconnect them and use a hair drier to dry their connections and apply dielectric grease and reconnect them.

I did that, dried everything out still no avail. I'm thinking its the relays in the engine bay. But I have no idea which relays control the windows, fog lights, hazards.
