I just looked at your thread and saw that no oil is in the coolant so thats a good start. Did you check the actual radiator yet? Reason I ask is, it is POSSIBLE that part of the coolant system hoses have collapsed due to the excess pressure. Here is a link if you want to check it out, it happened to a guys Holden.But i swear ive seen stuff like this before but just cant remember where and what it was from.
