Issue please help

So I replaced the battery of my 2007 mini cooperating S and now when I leave a light or stop sign I get the brake light, traction control light and a light looks almost like a circle with a exclamation mark. But it only happens for 30 seconds or so. Any ideas?

Sounds unrelated. Thinking a wheel speed sensor. Based on a quick google search, sounds common.

Maybe it is related. Did you reset the IBS?

I would be looking at my brake fluid level first. Maybe totally unrelated. I know that in the cop cars that I work on (and many other cars/trucks), there is a brake fluid level sensor in the reservoir that will illuminate the brake warning light upon acceleration if the level is a bit low. Usually means worn brake pads, or a fluid leak somewhere. Not sure if a 2007 MINI has this. And I realize you have a couple more lights illuminating. Just an idea...something quick to look at.
