It was a dark and stormy morning. I walk out and find the third brake leds glowing. Is this a known problem with a known fix?
The car has a unresolved intermitent water leaks onto the footwell behind the driver issue.

 

OK, the alabama rain settled in in the drivers footwell. I wet-dry vac'ed it dry (er). The lamp went out.
Now to find the leak.

 

Do you have a sunroof ? most likely the sunroof tubes are clogged or detached.

Make sure the footwell module is ok. These have been know to corrode from water damage.
