Does anyone know if there a difference between cooper s side skirts vs the justa side skirts? And also the front bumpers, what the major difference?

side skirts

I am assuming you mean the black plastic under the door, ie rocker panel. If so, they are they same on the Non S and S, but the front end is different,

Depending on what year, you can interchange the grill on Non s and S model. I think from 2011 and on the grill is interchangable. In fact, I have a S model grill on my non S 2011 Clubman. The lower part of the grill, (under the front bumper) is not interchangeable. You would have to change the bumper and lower valence. ,

If you want different side skirts/rocker panels you have to have the JCW package on your car. You can interchange the rocker panels, but as on the S model you would have to replace the bumper and lower valence.

Bumper

I don't think it is lower, but the lower valance on the S is different than a non-S. Backing up a bit, the bumpers may be the same but the lower valences are different for sure.

I know for sure that when you get a Mini with the JCWs body the front and rear bumpers are different as well as the valence below the bumpers

Look at my gallery to see the S grill on a non S but you will notice it still has the non S lower valence.
