brake light on

Hey all
I just found out that my brake light (side brake) came on on my tach. Is this a service warning light? I tried resetting the brake lights(found on forum) but it doesn't seem to go away. I dont know if this is a mechanical issue or just a sevice warning light. It seems to stay on while I'm driving even though my side brake is fully released. Any help is really appreciated! Thx!

Check your fluid level. It could also be a brake sensor (wear) or a CBS (condition-based service) warning.

If you have gone through the reset procedure with no luck, then you have most likely tripped the sensor.
