Im looking to paint my wheels in this colour. Can anyone assist with a paint code please
I have tried the lexus boards but theres no definitive code. It can be something similar as well

I see it's a Lexus wheel. I know they did offer a "Black Chrome" emblem package on their cars. You may want to check with them to see if that's what the wheels are. if that's the case, it may not be paint. it may be a tinted chrome product applied to the wheels.

 

it doesnt necessarily need to have the chrome effect but im looking for that shade with some glitter in.

Looks like gunmetal to me. I just bought a set of Five:AD wheels for my Countryman. They're gunmetal, and pretty much that color (although they are a matte finish).

give me the year of the Lexus and I'll look in the Sherwin Automotive paint database ... if the wheel is painted the code should be there

OR

find your local auto paint supplier - Sherwin Williams, PPG, Dupont .. could be others - they should be able to look up the code if it is paint OR do a computer match in the same way Lowes or Home Depot can match wall paint and sell you the paint in bulk or rattle cans

 

Looks like black chrome to me too. I painted the tank on a drag bike many years ago and got a similar color and the sparkle you mention. Mixed silver metallic powder with black paint and it came out a metallic gunmetal shade.

 

I did some wheels in similar color, honda polished metal metallic. Not on my computer or I would link some pics. It's readily available from duplicolor so should be easy to find.
