how to program with ncexpert when adding multfunctional switchs

hello guys,
I want to retrofit the multifunctional switch paddle(part No. 32309226804).
I wonder
1. which module will be related?
2. what VO should be add ?
3. need I active some function for that?

THX! ive taken a quick look at both threads but found no related topic.
maybe i specify my Q: ive added the steering column switch cluster and the multifuc swtichs pad on my one. how should i program to get it work?
