New Wheels, suggestions?!

My Mini is an Astro Black, currently with the stock alloys on. 17's. The intercooler I have is powder coated metallic gold, so with that in mind it being very visible, what wheels should I go for? I think the same gold would look brilliant, but I'm pretty open as far as this subject goes. I'm throwing another pair of 17s on again, regardless of whatever wheel I get. So does anyone have some good suggestions? As if it needs to be said, but no knock offs lol.

Price range? There are wheels that go from $200 to over $1k. Specifying your budget would help a lot.

I have 4 nice recently gloss black powdercoated 17 in Gen 1 , 8 spoke wheels with less than 3,000 mi since the powder coating. Look great and fit all Gen 1 and Gen 2 Mini's except for JCW models with their larger brakes. I am asking $200 for the four wheels plus shipping. I can deliver them free within 150 mi of Reno, NV. I have good double wheel boxes for shipping if needed. Send me an email for photos. landsail@yahoo.com. Mark

Budget isn't really an issue. And Landsail, what make are the wheels?

If price isn't an issue. Then this is what I'm getting this winter. 17 inch keeps the cost of tires down and low weight, also good figment as well.

With no budget constraints, gold BBS RS's. No question.

They are OZ racing/ DuelL AG LM23 Superturismo's. Retail $780.00 per. I'm hoping to be able to score a set this winter.

Money no object, I would go with these:

They are called Neez Eurocross. 17x7.5 ET43 (Perfect fitment for the MINI).They are forged and weigh about 16.5lbs.
They go for about $1200 each.

Those are spectacular. Although, I believe I'm going down the gold route. Anyone have a site I could narrow down all my results on, or a suggestion I couldn't possibly say no to?

If money wasn't an issue for me, I'd buy a set of 17" Volk te37s powder coated gold.
