Mini Engine Problems

I have a 2008 Mini Cooper S.

First does anyone know of any good wrenches (Besides New County Mini) in Central/Eastern Ct? New County is not on my good list.

-Went too long on the oil change and smoked the turbo.
-Brought it to the Stealership, cost $6500 to replace the turbo and timing chain.
-Check engine light came on immediately and they charged $750 to install a new throttle body.
-3,500 miles later, light came back on, plume of white smoke, and sounded real bad.

I wasn't keen on taking it back to the money suckers.

I found a melted valve cover, melted tube between therm housing and pump, and the therm housing looked pretty crappy.
I replaced all of those and fired it up.
Low oil pressure light and sounds like knocking. I put a gauge where the sending unit is in the head and it read 0 psi.

I'm looking for someone who can shed some light on the situation or if I indeed smoked the motor and what my options are.

After spending 7 grand, putting a motor in just doesn't excite me, I don't think I'd even break even with the value of the car. The thing is mint, otherwise.... grrr.....
