Currently there seems to be a issue with our current batch of downpipes. We will be holding off on selling anymore De-cats until we have this resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience! We just cannot sell a product that is having issues and we do not want to sell them unless they are good enough to go in our very own cars.

I poked around your site right quick for the tune information. Does that OBD2 dongle need to stay plugged in at all times?

No, it is used to program your car and then used to read/clear any fault codes

I'm not going to badger you for constant updates on when the tunes are ready but I'll be on top of the GB List for sure.

Dang boy we ain't just talking about just some cel fix for a downpipe were looking at the holy grail of getting MAX POWER through a complete reworking of the ECU targets to obtain Max safe boost for you mods!.....well that's what I'm hoping for.

10 posts in and already acting like an *** around here. You should be thankful that Evolve is considering offering a tune at a GB price when they decide to announce it's release.

Do a search and maybe it'll open your eyes and you'll see that their are CEL downpipe fixes out there.

Geez.

and on top of that, no company I've seen has had any obligation to send their non-steet-legal exhaust parts with some tune, chip, or trick to get rid of the CEL. Be it an exhaust without a cat, a downpipe without a cat, or otherwise. There were CEL Eliminators available for my Mustang when I put the catless X-pipe on it. Want to know who offered it? Not the company who sold me the the X-pipe(which comes with a "Hey *******, this is for off road use only, we're not responsible in any way for you removing emissions items from your street car). I had to purchase them from another company and install them. Why get on Evolve's back about the CEL that you had to KNOW would happen when removing a cat from a modern car?

Not gonna badger them about getting a tune, but it would be nice to have things in order before parts are made to add performance. However i'm gonna be patient and wait for my email that hopefully says "WE HAVE TUNES AGAIN"

Hello all,
I have read your comments regarding our tune. Here is where it has been, we had a tune available for Mini Coopers for quite some time now. We recently decided to pull them off because we wanted to develop the Mini Cooper Platform like the other vehicles we have. There are some things out tuners wanted to try and honestly it is not fair to half *** a tune and sell it to customers. Would be more headache for us and a pain in the *** for the customer. This is why we have pulled it and want to offer something that will wow our customers.
