Weird hung?!?!
Very odd. When I plug my phone in, whether or not I launch Connected I can see my phone connected via USB and am able to listen to my music that way.

The frustration I have is more related to Podcasts, I listen to a lot of them and since Apple moved Podcasts to a separate app it seems that the MINI interface doesn't know how to navigate to them...

Can you listen to your music via connected? or can you only listen it through the bluetooth.

If you don't activate the plug-in then it doesn't disconnect the audio from the bluetooth. Once you activate the plug-in, you have to reconfig the audio on the bluetooth if you want to listen via bluetooth.

So weird..............I've asked my rep to call the factory and see if this was something they were looking to update with the next release of software. She said it would take a couple of days but that she would look into it for me.

I can't use Plugin because it doesn't work with the iPhone 5. But I go through the USB interface and listen via that, not Bluetooth. You don't need to use Plugin or Bluetooth to listen to audio from an iPhone or iPod. You still can browse your playlists and get album art without using Plugin.

I hear ya. I have the snap in for my 4s, it worked perfectly, now it doesn't. I'm pissed.

Hi, I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 5 and am thinking of updating to ios 6. I'm worried about plug-in not working. Some people are saying plug-in is working with ios 6? Is that the case for everyone with a iPhone 4 or 4S? Just want to be sure before I upgrade my OS.
