Sorry about the loss of the car, I can't imagine your heartbreak over it. I hated not having my MINI for a week in the shop. Good luck, with your MS3, love those cars too.

Sorry for your loss, hope all involved were only a little bruised. Hope you enjoy the road and it leads you back to a Mini soon.
Motor on!

Sorry about your loss. I can only guess how you feel. I sometimes worry about a crash too when I'm doing 80 just to keep up with Interstate traffic through Colorado Springs. The speed limit is 65 but drivers seem to think that's for little old ladies and student drivers. Things would be a lot safer if we did as they do in Europe where slower traffic stays to the right and other lanes are kept open for faster drivers. We could move more traffic that way, not to mention move it more safely.

Bummer to see you go. Put on some thick skin for the roughness of the MSF crowd. They can be a bit harsh when compared to here. You might find yourself doing more reading and less posting for initial fear of being wrong and/or called out for nonsense. You'll get used to it though.

If you need any help with the Speed let me know. Before the Mini I had an 08 for about 3 years with multiple things done to it. Ill try and remember some things about it if you have any questions. The MSF crowd is a lil hardcore most times but they have a lot of good information. I spent most of my time on mazda3forums. Was a great community when I was there, cant say much about it now as I dont really go much now.

Enjoy the Speed3, by all accounts, a phenomenal car. The friendly and helpful community is one of the reasons I'm not in something faster and RWD yet

I hope it's not like my wife's old Mazda 3, what a POS...

Numb steering, understeer out the wazoo. Cheap, cheap, cheap materials, and switch controls... I didn't like it at all.

opposite here, had 07 speed3(300 whp) now JCW MINI. Both are fun cars but the MINI is fun no matter the speed and more fun in the turns. Hope you have fun w/ it. Also the forums are "different" then NAM but there are helpful and friendly people on there, still friends and meet w/ lots of them
