Tried that - it only shows manuals up until 2012.

In the meantime, she made it home. I'll have to take it into the shop. Wierd thing to happen to a car with just 1000 miles on it.

 

There are no mechanical differences between a '12 and '13.

 

Hope the issue was not too serious. I know how it is to have a new car and then have the wife experience issues with the car. Sometimes they never trust the car again.

 

The manuals don't seem to show up on the owner's lounge until the next model year is out. There's not a lot of difference betweeen a 12 and a 13.

 

If you're ever out and about with no access to a manual and have a light or something you don't recognize, don't hesitate to call the MINI roadside assistance number or your local service department (my preference would be in that order) - both should be able to identify them for you.
