Checked my VIN (T386897) and the corresponding build date was 11.04.2012. Since it's in German, I assume the date format is dd.mm.yyyy.

Thanks for the decoder. I bought mine new but did not get the key ring / box. I think it was launch / market specific.

The probability of seeing another Goodwood in a US supermarket parking lot is neither 1 out of 1000 nor 1 out of 140. Simplistically, it would be 140 out of the total number of cars in the US.

I have a 5-year old that like watching his favorite shows & movies in the car. Took a while but I am now able to show movies as well as stream contents from my iPhone on the navigation display. Took coding for video in motion and a jailbroken iPhone to utilize the Display Out app. The coding effort removed all the restrictions added after the build to the US-destined cars. Happy with these small changes so far.

Sorry for the long post; it's my first in a while. Just want to share with fellow Goodwood owners. Glad to see the work on the minicoopergoodwood.com site; hope it'll come together nicely so that we can connect and share. Let us know how we can help!

Best,

trung

I am getting my daughter to rework her Goodwood GoBadge design. She will do a 1 of 1000 version.

Not too many of the reef blue. I know the diamond black paint is fantastic , so most likely the low numbers.

Here is one of the few Reef Blue models with manual, but might have been one of those pre productions or very early ones. .

T386628 Diamond Black USA Auto 20/03/2012 Left Has mural painted on the Roof

Believe that was the one one Ebay a while back.

If you get more number post them up.

From what I have worked out there were 19 Reef Blue manuals 90 Reef Blue cars in total. I have project underway to get all the Goodwood VINs

Do you know the VIN of that Reef Blue car?

From what I can tell 2 manuals made it to the USA somehow. Thus the difference between 140 cars planned and 142 actual.

Ian,

Hi, you can add "86803" to your list of VINs. Reef Blue, Automatic. I'm new to this forum, but have had the car for a while. Thought you might like to add one more to your list.

I agree. The car looks better without the scoop bonnet.

back at it

Nice to see this thread has been kept going. I still have my Goodwood. Now with a whopping 1500 miles on it. "He's at a major crossroad now. Take him out and REALLY drive him, like an everyday car or try to sell him.

My pics are attached......

I've been disappointed to hear that no one can get a value on these limited edition cars. You guys have any idea what their value is in $$?

Yea, it's essentially new. Even the blue plastic is still on the door sills. I maintain it, like a museum piece, take it out for a spin once a week or so, weather permitting and make sure the fluids are changed and battery charged. Come this spring I may start actually using the car, like, daily, or I may sell it for the right price. (I can't establish what that is. there's no book on it).

Driving it will not be like a rough thing to do. I even have the generic matts ready. see pic

In the U.S. we can't even get a read on what that value is. In fact some of the dealers didn't even know what the car was. "Goodwood, what's that?" I just refer to is as a Rolls Royce Mini.

There were only 140 slated for the U.S. so I guess we shouldn't be surprised.

In Australia we only got 10 and they all sold without much of a discount which has helped used values.

This car http://www.carpoint.com.au/all-cars/...D-2987285&Cr=0 sold at Easter last year for around the same price. This has been on the market for a while now this time. This is the only one for sale in Australia at the moment.
