Yours was built 5 days after mine so you would expect it will be in the mid 100's

This is the GoBadge Design for our Goodwood. I used a photo of my dash for the timber section and the outer is from the keyring design.

Did you get the keyring with your car?

I'm surprised that some were built in March and some all the way out in May and beyond given that the May 3 car was only 376 of 1000

I checked my VIN and the build date is March 20, 2012. The VIN is T386627 so I guess we can't go by the VIN to determine the build number. I still have not heard from my dealer regarding the build number.

Thanks for link to the vin decoder.
It would seem that your car was the second built on that day. 26 is a Goodwood 25 isn't. I checked forward to 29 and its a Goodwood as well.

Ian, the GoBadge is very cool. If we can't get build numbers, just change it to 1 of 1000 like the plaque in the car.

If the GoBadge resembles the keyring, i did not get one. I bought used so the original owner probably kept it. In fact, there was only one key but the dealer I bought from agreed to give me a second key.

I just got a metal Mini emblem on a thick wire key chain. :(

My Guess is the original owner kept the Box and Key Ring see previous post. My daughter did the design I can get her to do a 1 of 1000 if you want.

Thanks for the GoBadge offer. Let's see if my dealer comes thru with a build number.

I would be interested to know if you can buy that key ring as a spare part. I wouldnt mind another one.

What I didn't show on the other side is the Corn Silk Leather insert.

It must be a special dealer only item or just produced for each Goodwood, I don't see a part number for it, unless there is some 11 digit part number on the back of the box. I have seen pics of the box, but not in person, which makes me think it was certain markets that got them, possible.

Went to the supermarket today and did a double take. Saw another Goodwood parked there. What are the odds of that?

Thanks for checking. I would also check for a part number inside the box. Maybe under the interior insert cutout. If not, these most likely made for each vehicle and treated like a dealer delivery / launch only part.

Pretty nice box.

I have started a Mini Cooper Goodwood website (minicoopergoodwood.com). It is still a work-in-progress and needs a lot of work.

I also created a Facebook page that Goodwood owners can join. It is easier that maintaining a website and owners can post pictures, comments, etc. If you are on FB, just search Mini Cooper Goodwood and you should find it.
