New! top of the line r56!

Was at work today when a truck full of MINIs showed up, I started to park them after they were checked in and to my surprise the last one I got in had an up scale interior and a price of 52,000. My first thought "That Bentley concept mini?" I saw the concept photos but didn't acutely know they made them. The interior is very very nice, I valet for Bentley as well and its pretty spot on in materials and look. Also I didn't notice right away but its a s but it has a cooper hood, (no hood scoop) kinda cool. Anyways snapped some photos for you guys enjoy!

That'd be a Rolls Royce (which BMW owns) rather than a Bentley (which VW owns). The "MINI Inspired by Goodwood", I think they call it.

Saw one of these at Passport Mini in Alexandria, VA. Nice but still prefer our Laguna Green MCS convertible.

I'd be afraid to drive for fear of getting the lambs wool carpet dirty....

Looks nice. This is something you could only pull off with a "boutique" car. It would never work on a Corolla/Civic/Jetta, etc.

P.S. Interesting how they used a base Cooper hood (no scoop) in spite of the turbo "S" engine. In fact, I think this style of hood was unique to the Cooper Diesel (Europe-only) until 2011, when it was introduced to U.S. base models. Before 2011, the base hood had a thinner "torpedo" -like bulge.

$52k?? LOL. Will be hard to find someone even in N Scottsdale to pay that kind of coin for a Mini, no matter how "upscale" the interior is.

mini really needs to add a brown/beige interior package. the black steering wheel, center console, and dash just seem out of place in this car.

Are those the same thing as the "Infinite Stream" wheels?

I'm pretty sure it has a turbo, check the tailpipes.

The car is turbocharged, it just doesn't have a hood scoop.

I want your job.

The MINI Inspired By Goodwood was developed in close collaboration with legendary automaker Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. With only 1,000 in existence worldwide, and a mere 140 in the U.S., this ultra-limited-edition is
destined to be a collectors’ item for generations to come.

They should have painted the fenders....that's the least they should have done for a 50k+ Mini.

They also could have provided or offered a sunroof, which is not fitted either

I saw one of these in Oakville MINI (Ont.), very nice looking car with a very high end looking interior. The car's overall appearance (both inside and outside) was too sedate IMO... too posh, not enough "fun".

Haha It was in the MINI showroom for a couple of days and then they transferred it to Bentley/Rolls-Royce right next to the MINI dealer. They put it in the show room. Someone did buy it not to long ago and after it went through the car wash, I went to pick it up and bring it back to MINI (it was in for some service) I realized it had a return to Bentley sign, so I ended up taking it to Bentley. I guess since it has nice interior Bentley severices it lol?
