Really? We just had a mini meet last weekend and we had 3 S's and my JCW out of 10 cars there. I'd say that's about the same ratio as I see on the street, except there are only 4 or 5 JCW's in the area.
I like that! Great idea....
Either that or interchange yellow but in either case, I’d lose the chrome on that color.

i thought about this but i guess i need someone who is good with photoshop to convince me. I kinda feel like since everyone is going with this, i'm gonna be different by not doing it and i sucketh with photoshop.

looks great! Now just black out the headlight rings, front grill, beltline and door handles!
I live about 15-20 minutes south of Buffalo, and I'm easily the biggest Sabres fan I know.
body color trim > black out trim

If I think about it tomorrow I'll photoshop it both ways.

My old yellow and black CBR (see gallery.) was titled "The Dirty Schoolbus."
I had it in yellow vinyl on the black windscreen and everything

I was curious about this myself ( 6th FAQ down) . It's about 50/50. I really don't think NAM members intend for the term to be pejorative. They're all Minis and therefore all cool.

I've never really taken the remark as offensive, although I can see how some who are a little overly sensitive would. I just use the term as a reference point really. I would have loved to have an S, but the one I wanted was more than I could afford. And, I've had no regrets with my car. I look at it as a stepping stone, it's my first MINI so maybe the next will be an S. Now, I just need to lower mine, different wheels and maybe exhaust.....
Price wasn't an issue with me, I didn't get an S because the gas mileage already gets tanked on my non-s with all the traffic here...it would be unbearably low in an s. I've also read a lot about Turbos blowing out prematurely on the S.....I need a reliable car.
