Can anyone confirm the PN for 2011 OEM oil filter?

I called some bay area dealerships just now (SF mini and stevens creek mini) and was quoted $13.74 and $15.95 respectively and the new part number is 11-42-7-622-446 instead of the older PN, 11-42-7-557-012. Can anyone else confirm this? I'm wondering if Waymotorworks or any other vendor has the 2011 OEM filters for cheaper (planning to buy more than 1 at a time).

edit: also will the older model work just as well if anything?

Damn, I just picked up 6 filters online with the 11-42-7-557-012 serial number. I hope they fit my 2011. Why did they change the p/n?

It's in my first post lol. 11-42-7-622-446. Checking out minicarparts.net and it's already cheaper than mini SF dealership for 6 pack. Most likely going to purchase that.

Looking for a little help too . . .

What is the OEM Part Number for an oil filter for the 2008 Mini Cooper S?

My wife just called . . . wants me to pay $75 to a local fast lube place . . . it is time I do this myself (between the too long dealer oil changes) . . .

Time for me to get the filters, right wrench, and right oil.

We have that 100K maintenance that came with the used scoot . . . but 15K between dealer oil changes . . . that is begging for trouble?

So, a little parts number help?

What do I need?

Per RealOEM the -012 p/n is used up to 03/2011 build date and the -446 is for beyond that. They both list for $9.96.

Check with East Bay Mini. They're a Hendrick dealership and the one in Charlotte has always done well by us and all the other club members here.
