I'm glad to see this -- initially I was impressed that the story you heard seemed honest, and that left me with some hope that the problem could be resolved.

Are we sometimes a little quick to demonize our dealers?

 

i just had a freak out yesterday, had i asked to go back there yesterday and talk to the mechanic like i did i would have A: seen friend, said hi, asked about family and so on.... and B: found out that what the people up front said was away off!!! lol so what ever it will be back tomorrow
