Hi Everyone!

Well, today didn't go as planned and I'm soooo happy!!!

We had planned to order the 2011 Ice Blue hardtop base model and wait 2 months

and then I saw........ the Oxygen Blue/Black Top and no stripes

It was love at 1st sight!!!!

The specs.... 10,000 miles from the service pool for under 20,000
it has a sunroof, sport seats, blue tooth/usb and nice carmats..it looks brand new!!! We are adding the heated seats later this week!!!

So VERY thrilled!!!!!

I will post a picture in the next day or 2

Congrats... My last 4 minis were all suppose to be ordered. Each time when I physically saw my new car, I fell in love right there.

Guess ordering isn’t meant for me...lol.

Enjoy and send pics.

Hi Everyone!!!

Sorry for the delay in posting a picture, but I was hoping the rain would clear and it would be nice and sunny for my MINI's 1st photo op!!! No such luck

This Thursday, they will be installing heated seats and painting the rear tow hook, oxygen blue

I'm absolutely loving my MINI!!!!

Congrats and good luck with your Mini! I know that feeling exactly.

Back in 2006 when we bought my wife's first MCS, we both agreed on a getting one in a Hyper Blue color. Unfortunately none of the dealers in our area could locate one that we wanted. So we finally decided to order one, and we drove to a dealer an hour away (although there is one 5 min from us) just because they claimed to have a opening on their order queue with the factory. It was supposed to take 2 weeks off the delivery process, perhaps this was just BS, but I'll never know. We walked into the dealership and right in the showroom was the EXACT car we were going to order, just in Royal Grey and not Blue.

My wife fell in love with it instantly, and was like "I want that one". It was going to be her car and I was in no position to argue (I would've lost anyway). We got the car in two days as opposed to 5 weeks, and it wound up being a really great car and a great color. We just traded it in for a 2011 a few months ago, but I still miss it.

I hope you have the same great experience with your Mini!
