Stealer told me they have to have it to sell the car for safty issues. If I didn't return it they would have had to buy it. Then they didn't give me back my Black Jack Interior mirror cover said they couldn't get it off! Lame! MA was out there with a screw driver and didn't know what he was doing. Not a whole lot of love from my purchase experience.
