How much should I expect to get for my mini?

I currently own a just-a which came decently upgraded from the factory, and I wanted to trade it in for a cooper S
How much should I expect to receive for it?

Do you have a list of the options, or a picture of the window sticker? I went to a (non MINI) dealer over the weekend hoping to trade my R56 non-S for an R53. My 2008 has 22,000 miles on it, 6 speed (w/ short shifter), Premium Package, tints, Multifunction steering wheel, and a few other things, and the dealer was going to give me around $16,500 for it. I'm not sure what MINI would give me for it though. I don't think I would ever buy one brand new again though considering their resale value is nothing like I was "promised" it would be. If I were to buy an S I'd probably buy a 2008 with low miles, which you could probably get a sweet deal on if you traded yours for one. Good luck!

www.kbb.com or www.nada.com (Dealer's Use this) will give you a better idea of what your Car Value is on Trade-In as well as Private Party. So long as you are sticking with MINI, I say Good Luck!!

Well, I went to the dealer yesterday, and they offered me around $15,500...And i thought that was a little low, that's mostly why i'm asking.
I'll try and find the window sticker around

Ouch. 15.5 is low, but really, you should be selling it privately. Why not place an advertisement here?

BTW, how many miles?

You many need to add more options, there aren't that many to begin with, but I could have left something off.

Mini dealers tend to low ball you, best to sell it privately unless you don't want the hassle.

The car has around 17k miles on it.
Tires are new, interior is impeccable.
Sports seats, premium package, chrome-line interior..
And RJKimbell, the main thing you left off was that it's an Automatic, not a manual transmission.

Cheerio what you are reading is the Standard Equipment Section (shaded in Blue), I rechecked and I did add the Auto when I first spec'd your MINI.
