R56 Laurel sport edition - roll call to 300
Laurel Cabrillo
I have a 2009 clubman, british racing green with wide black bonet stripes and black roof with the tuscan beige leather interior. Fine looking machne. When driving by the dealership a month ago we saw the Laurels setting there. My wife fell in luv with the cabrillo, so we are now a 2 mini family. The Laurel is an awsome head turner. luv it
I just bought my Laurel convertible off of the show room floor 2 weeks ago. I have 1 thing to say - "OMG - I LOVE IT!!!!"
It is sooooo awesome. I park it outside my office window and work and all I can do is count the hours until I get to drive it again. You will absolutely love it.
Congrats!

Next year: "Laurels On the Dragon"

And BTW, who is this? Was this taken at the parade line-up? I was in the parade, but rather late so I ended up pretty far back in the line.
The reaction has been all positive except for the wife's. She's a little jealous having another Mini in the garage next to her's.
The reporter from "Road and Track" magazine was driving that one.

Another Laurel Owner
Add me to the list! I am now the proud owner of a 2010 Hardtop Laurel Sport Summer Limited Edition MCS
!
I have had a 2006 CR/B MCS since October of 2006 and had purchased the 4 year / 50,000 mi service contract upgrade and have been watching the odometer tick up to the magic number. I started thinking about whether I wanted to keep my '06 past the service/warranty expiration when I took it in for a brake job in January. I took it in for the final covered oil service on Wednesday of last week and had a chance to see what was available and I was very surprised to find this car! I thought it was one of the best looking MINIs I'd ever seen! Needless to say, I'm thrilled to have it!
I guess I need to change my signature now!

Did you get it from Passport MINI? If so I believe I sat in your car once or twice while test driving/ordering and picking up mine
Also yesterday or the day before I saw you motoring around the kingstowne area.

I may have had taco bell before picking mine up

And I hope it doesn't make you feel strange that other people were sitting in your car before you bought it. it was on the showroom floor for a few weeks.
I sort of like that about ordering one. It was mine all mine
nobody got to ogle it before I got it.
I'm trying to keep mine pretty stock until the warranty is done, I have heard they can be pretty particular.
All I have on the list so far is, a stubby antenna, winter wheels/tires and probably going to black out the chrome soon.
Very nice !! At least consider tinting the windows. It really brings out the color of the car more. And some wheel locks. Run Flats with those 5 spokes can set you back alittle should they come up missing.
But about a tint shop I have used LA Tint in woodbridge before and they did a really good job, but they are pricey. The tint comes with a lifetime warranty but can run you like $350 for a full install.

Those wheels are awesome!!! that looks sweet, congrats!!!!

j/k
, just trying to find little things i can do to it to entertain myself other than enjoying it... with my moto racing, i dont have a budget to mod
