Hey there!
I have yet to do an opening post with pics of my new Mellow Yellow MINI but that is soon to come.
I do have a question for you guys though if you don't mind answering. Approximately how much would it cost me out the door for 4 $199 17 x 7 rims and tires to be put on my MINI? I am really clueless to how much rims and tires cost(on the low end for the tires).
Thanks a bunch for your input, I am debating selling my other ride(Honda Ruckus) to pay for some nice shoes!

I paid $15/ea wheel to have tires and tpms installed on my new wheels including having them installed on the car at America's Tire Center. They even bagged up my old wheels for me.
Thanks, and any idea of the cost of tires to match these rims on the low end?

Mini tires don't have to be expensive to be good. Don't shave a few dollars and put junk tires on your MINI....unless you or your passenger's safety isn't worth the extra cash.

Remember you get what you pay for........tires are the only thing between you and the road so dont be cheap plus you can take full advantage of the MINI's handling capabilities. You can find some good package deals if you do your research.
Oh I gotcha. I don't plan on buying cheap tires by any means. I just don't need anything that's meant for the track or a lot more fancy than your everyday reliable tire.
Truthfully I am not sure where to look when considering tire/rim packages. Is there any place other than the dealer that I can get the 18" black JCW rims? Do you guys typically sell your stock wheel set when you've upgraded? I'm curious to know if there is a market for them.
Anyways, it turns out that the buyer for my Honda Ruckus backed out so I won't have the extra cash I thought I would. I'm not worried about it at all though, I have plenty of time to enjoy the new MINI.
I'm pretty excited to be here on the forums, it seems like you all are a nice bunch.

Yes there is a market for used OEM rims. A lot of us here like to keep our rims in tip-top shape, but when we accidentally give one a taste of curb we look for a new replacement
