Red Bull gets some new goodies..Pictures
Been working on some mods this weekend and took some shots yesterday. I added a new M7 Strut bar and M7 carbon fiber splitter. Getting close, going to install Alta end links today....
The strut bar is a breeze to install with the exception of having to trim about 1" off the shroud to clear the bar.
The splitter was quite a bit more work. Removing the front bumper and drilling quite a few holes. Took a couple of hours but the results were well worth it.

Thank guys....OK the stickers are coming off...everytime I get to removing them I get distracted
I am going to focus on finishing off the suspension with struts and such then I am going to have the car corner balanced by a local race team that does my Vette...
Would like to do some more engine dress up parts and waiting for the Alta turbo inlet tube to come in then its off to doing some custom leather interior work.
Waiting for the local Auto X to start in February...can't wait to get this on a track. Going to take it to Seabring as well for the next track event in a couple of months.
I live 10 miles south of Daytona Beach and hoping for a local track to come up as well in the next couple of months.

Good question...Local driving under 60 no diffrence but at the higher speeds it really feels more planted. Probably be able to tell more on the track. I took it to 105 today but in a straight line. The splitter design does work but its hard to tell o n the street.

You didn't drive the 10mi north and bully the GT cars this weekend?

I used to live in Port Orange, so I also understand the difficulty in finding a decent high speed corner to test it out on It's all intersection cornering! There's really only 2 corners at Sebring that I think are going to really play to it, but I'll be interested to hear how it turns out.

I don't meet many that know where Port Orange is...great place but the roads are boring as heck...If you know Rt44 going west there are some great roads but you have to know where to look for them. Some years ago when I was riding sport bikes I rode with a crew who knew every twisty road in a 50 mile radius...I was amazed to find such great roads in flat florida.
Rolex'ed all weekend....since were so close we go back & fourth for lunch & dinner home. There for at least 2/3 of the race. Was a great weekend.
Not a big NASCAR fan so this was the weekend I get excited about.
