Brake Warning Light

I've driven the same stretch of road 4 times, and 3 of those times the brake warning light has come on and off at the same spots. I think that some radio signals may be tripping it. The light comes on at no other times or places.

Has anyone else had an experience like this? Very wierd.

Anything special about the road surface in that stretch? Grooved pavement or odd tilt to the road?
That is strange.

Check you brake fluid, if its a little low thats your problem. Sometimes will take a while of driving for the sensor to trip. Have been seeing quite a few latley! Does the trac. light come on with it?

Does it happen when you drive by a secret military base? Oh wait, on second thought if it's secret you wouldn't know.

Is there *anything* in the vicinity of where this happens that is out of the ordinary?

My '07 did the same thing (each time on the same stretch of road). Took it in and it needed brake fluid. That fixed the problem.

With 35000 miles in the car I just had this start happening last week. Happens after driving up a long grade on my way to work and nowhere else. I'll check the brake fluid. Hope it's as simple as that.

Yes I bet its the brake fluid level, It happened to me and the small addition of fluid corrected it. Make sure that you use the correct DOT fluid. (DOT 4 ). If that is the case then you probably take a close look at your cylinders to see if there is a small leak, or take it to the dealers for a warrenty check.
