Yeah I tried selling my first gen Iphone on Ebay. I dont' sell overseas and the first two that won my phone were over seas. I tried adding the option to block those buyers but it did not work. First buyer was brand new and she actually won 4 iphones and only wanted to pay for one (the cheapest winning bid of course). She then was able to leave me negative feedback when i filed a Non paying bid. I could not leave her neg feedback under the new rules! She then filed and got rid of the NPB strike on her account yet Ebay would not remove her negative feedback for me. Totally unfair/
That is only my first experience. I won't bore you with the other two. Absurd, ebay is absurd.
