R56 Wheel Lug torque?
100 lb-ft should do the trick. I forget if the actual spec is 100 or 110, but anything in that range should be good. Note that this is much more than most lug fastenerrs -- the 14mm bolts on the R56 are bigger than most cars', so the torque spec is higher.

All R56, Clubman, and GP models use the newer 14 mm bolts, and the torque spec is 103 lbf-ft.
For the R50/52/53, they switched from the older 12 mm bolts to the 14mm bolts around mid-July 2006. The owner's manuals were NOT updated immediately when the change happened, so if you have a car that was built near the cutoff date, the only way to know for certain is to pull one of the bolts and measure it. (In fact, the 2007 cabrio manual still listed the wrong spec - it wasn't fixed until the 2008 manual).
The old 12 mm bolts had a torque spec of 88 lbf-ft, and were used on all pre-July 2006 cars except the GP.
