I'm trying to figure out what seat upholstery option these are:




I also notice that the "color line" pieces seem to be truly black. Is that even an option?

isnt there an option of cloth/leatherette and have the leatherette black? well at least in mexico we do have that, instead of rooster red or bright yellow, you can get it black

Looks like cloth/leatherette all black. Nice option IMO. Don't like the EO steering wheel/shift boot/ebrake thing in that car. I had wanted that originally, not so much now. Looks really RED. There's no red in English Oak, not a drop.

 

It's not an option for our current US MINIs.

First, there are three seat options-
Standard as comes with the base Cooper.
Sport (which this is from the bulge in the front of the seat bottom)
Sport seat with piping as found in the Lounge leather option.

Then leather and cloth-
In the US only Ray Cloth with either Pacific Blue or Rooster Red
This one looks like a black leather (not punch since it has a smooth surface) combined with ray cloth.

I don't think it is leatherette due to the fine puckering on the surface near the stitching, looks like real leather to me.

 

Being a leather importer, I would have to agree.
