It's cool that you like to photograph your car, like many of us nutcases. Most other people think us MINI owners are weird, and are too obsessed with our cars.

I like to think that they just don't "get it".

Keep us informed with what you do to your new toy. BTW: like the web spoke wheels...

thanks guyz! taking photos are the best IMO .. i love going on a drive and having my friend take moving pics of me.. its the best ^^;

as for mods, ill probably start out cheap and easy.. keke .. intake... =P

btw, i only have 800 miles on the car, and the check engine light is outlined.. ... i checked my gas cap to see if i locked it wrong.. (cause the salesman told me to check it) but i think i did it right.. click once and done right? does the light usually reset itself? or do i have to unplug the battery to reset the ECU? anyways hopefully its not that big of a problem =) also.. do you guyz get alot of black soot from your exhausts? my rear hatch is filthy dirty with black soot, and my tail pipe is super black.. =/ this is my first European car so im not really sure if this stuff is normal.. haha..

any input you guyz have will be much appreciated!

Welcome and congrats!
Now how are you going to share a car with your sister? You will end up fighting over it!
If it is your gas cap that has set off the light, then it should reset itself.
The backs of MINIs are always the dirtiest spots...although mine is not black soot, but road grime, even though I just washed it (again)!
