Where to Purchase Discount OEM accessories Online?

I know of morristown mini but it seems to take a bit to process my order, an order placed on the 3/18 for in-stock floormats is still in for processing? A phone call (VM) to the internet department yield no answers....

So looking for an alternative.

Thanks

Ask the dealer that you bought from. Most dealership will give you a 15% discount if you will ask.

Yea, I ordered an item from Morristown back in october. it shipped finally. When I got it, it was defective. I called, left messages, wrote a few emails, and got not one response.

I did not want to send it right back because the item was huge, came in an even bigger box, and would have cost 70 percent of the actual cost to purchase it just to ship it back ...

3 months later, I got an email from them stating the item can no longer be returned, and they were sorry.

What the hell was that about!?

Freaks.

I ordered the Union Jack roof decal and the plastic boot liner from Morristown, and both were shipped quickly and packaged well.

Wow really? I've had nothing but good experiences with Morristown. I bought $3k worth of stuff from them and it was packaged well, shipped quick and their customer support was excellent.

Classic MINI is great. If shipping charges for small items make ordering too expensive I use my local MINI club discount at the local dealer.

kevshootz - sorry to hear your problem with your order. Always pay by credit card, and do not hesitate to dispute any charge with your credit card company. You'd be surprised how responsive a company can be when VISA or MC disallows the entire charge! Just save any emails, and make a note of any phone calls, date, time, and who you spoke with. Next time let the merchant get stuck, not you! Last year I had a problem with an order from a BMW dealer in CA, they wouldn't answer my calls or emails, so I got VISA to charge-back the entire $250.00 order, and I kept all the merchandise in the order. Don't get mad, get even!

I just bought black driving light covers from Morristown Mini. They were kind enough to contact Mini and find out the part number. My own dealer would not do that and just told me they were not available separately.

It took a week or two but they arrived no problems.

I have ordered from Morristown MINI several times and each time I've received my order quickly, it was packed well and I've been 100% satisfied. I would be surprised to get anything but great service from this vendor.
