like right behind the bottom air dam could someone take a pic of the lower radiator hose. mine looks like its hanging lower than it should and its bothering me :( lol i know it might have no affect on anything but it worries me :D and dont want it to scrape!!!! on another note has anyone come out w/ an underbody skid plate for the r56. forgemotorsport says they will have one that will become aviable later on. any others?

 

i am sure that mini could tell you if it's going to create problems. i think mini people forget that we have one of the best warranties around.

 

IF a dealer's around. Not too many of them in the middle of the country.

My car is getting serviced right now but are you talking about that hose that is directly behind the lowest plastic trim piece? Goes horizontal along the bottom?

 

why don't you take a picture how your lower hose is so that others can see how it compares to theirs.

yes im talking about the one right behind the air dam(the lower plastic piece) mines about even or almost as long as it. and if i had a camera i would :( ill try cell phone sometime today. i have class today and after that i have to go to a weekend meeting so. it will be up sunday hopefully

 

Mine has about 1/2" clearence above the airdam. Definately not a car to drive in the woods.

 

That's another reason why the sport suspension is the same height as stock and the JCW is only 1cm lower...
