Nothing - can't believe you'd even ask such a question!
I don't even allow water in it, but then again I'm quite OCD. I'd trust myself not to spill, but it's more just the concept. My MINI isn't a kitchen/dining room/restaurant/etc. In all honesty I don't even like, although I do occasionally allow, food to be transported in my MINI. Always that risk...

Drink and eat whatever you want in my car. It's just a car.
....just don't smoke.
Well, almost anything to eat and drink. So far we've only stopped for fast food twice on trips. Arby's and Wendy's. The no smoking is a given in everything I own.
I remember being a kid and not being about to eat or drink in my Mom's Ford Thunderbird. I swore I'd never be like her about this. So far so good.
Hell, people are lucky that I don't force them to sit down (feet hanging out), remove their shoes, put them in zip lock bags, then place their feet inside the vehicle, strap in, and proceed to motoring ecstacy. But I'm not OCD or anything.

You have no idea how many times I've wanted to do exactly that. The amount of grit some people bring into my MINI from the bottoms of their shoes is just ridiculous!!! I almost had a coranary when my roommate got into my MINI then proceeding to rest her foot on top of the opposite leg, basically planting the bottom of her shoe against my door. Then on a separate occurance her sister got into the back seat of my MINI and sat with one foot (shoe and all) underneath her. They're clearly out to ruin my interior...
I'd actually add to your list that my passengers are lucky I don't tie their hands up and open/close the door for them. Smears on the passenger side glass, finger prints on the piano black trim above the glove box, marks on the passenger door rest... Definitely not my doing!
Only stuff in screw top plastic bottles. Rarely a Coke in a can--the cup holder is a killer on cans.
Once I made the mistake of putting a styrofoam cup in the jaws of that cup holder--boy did it neatly slice it in two! Thank heaven it was nearly empty.
Absolutely NO smoking in any of my cars, or house.

LMAO!
I did that too, and it made the biggest mess EVER! That's why I have my "plastic bottle with screw on top" rule!
Glad to know I'm not the only one who's done that.
This is interesting, I bought mine, drove it home, washed, detailed it. Then put it in storage for the winter. Alot of people ask why the mini is stowed for the winter. So out of curiosity, how many of who won't let food in the car drive on salty, or dirty roads?

I try my best to avoid it, but with the MINI being my sole car I occasionally have to. As much as I love my MINI, if I had a second car I'd definitely take the same approach as you.
There are definitely other NAM'ers who do the same. Not sure what their feelings on food are though.

I have a classic Porsche ('64 SC Sunroof Coupe), and I'm on the 356 Registry talk list. It seems that all of the northern guys do that--they are constantly worrying about mice, keeping oil in the cylinders, gas turning to crud, etc. We're lucky down here--we can drive year round on sunny days.
Oh, and no eating in the Porsche--I do use the screw top bottles, though (no cupholders at all).

+1 We do drive them year round but wash off salt and grime OFTEN. I did let a firned put a take out container in the floor once and it leaked!!! Thank goodness for rubber mats. Yikes.
Altoids and only something in a bottle. And only for me. My passengers don't get anything. If I ever let my kids get near a Teddy Graham, the car would no longer be mine.
This thread is hilarious! So far, in my brand new car, no food or drink of any kind (except we did bring home some burritos, but they were in a plastic bag). I'm sure it'll change at some point, but as of now, nothing (no farting either!).
