How about uphill on a snow/ice-covered road?

In snow, is the LSD helpful or a non-issue? Would it function to put power to the wheel needing it most, i.e., on the less slick surface, thus pulling the car along and dynamically/seemlessly shifting back and forth between the wheels as they get alternate traction, pulling the car almost like AWD? (Or am I dreaming again?)

Is LSD a good safety, as well as performance, feature to have?

WHich has the greatest "spirited everyday driving" fun factor - w/ LSD or w/o, or is it undetectable in that circumstance?

Anyone have experience w/ LSD and w/o as to each of the above?

LSD is always better, except that it's marginally heavier.... like, less than 20 pound difference. And it costs $500 more. Always.

I would get LSD, Xenon, DSC and Rear Fog's
The 4 MUST HAVE OPTIONS. They are hard to install later on, some even impossible and they all aid in safety or performance.

Thank you

Thanks for the clear and direct response! By the way, your DS/B looks really sharp! I'm sure you are enjoying your ride.

You hit three of the four most-common options according to this forum:

It's torque steer and it will still do it with LSD.
