I wish I had gotten my PW/B with Viper Stripes, I have the regular stripes, but I really like the Viper ones, I didn't realize I could get them when I ordered.

Hey there. I have the sport stripes from the factory but am disappointed on how they stop above the bumpers. I bought some extra stripes from the dealer and was going to finish installing them down over the bumper. For those of you who have installed your on stripes:

Do you have any issues with the curvature of the surfaces and getting them to stay straight?

Do you apply wet? If so, how (ie a little soap)?

Thanks

I had to order 2 sets of the black stripes for mine. They look so much better with the stripes going all the way down. I have pics in my flickr gallery. As far as having them put on, I had someone else do it for me. They stay straight on the whole car excpet for the bottom of the back bumper, they go in just a hair....not enough for me to really notice though, and I love them!

Saw a PW with viper stripes yesterday. It looked great! Almost made we wish I had stripes on mine.

This is the exact setup I'm considering. I too would like to see some pics, both inside and out.

Greylight...very nice. where did you get your stripes from and how difficult was it to install...especially around the hoodscoop?

The red stripes on my roof go over the glass...looks pretty cool from the inside of the car, plus, when you have the sunroof popped open, you can see the roof stripes really well.

sancochojoe - another option you might want to think about with Pepper White is silver sport stripes. You can play with the Mini clubman configurator to get a feel for how it looks. Subtle but sporty.

Just another vote for the sport stripes (see my gallery). I went right across the sunroof, so the view from the inside is just like 07chilired's

Go on - do it!
