So I bought my car from Nick Alexander mini in LA. I call the salesman to schedule installing stripes, fob issues, etc. He nevers calls me back, literally, never. So his manager starts fielding my calls, he answers regularly for a while. Now he doesn't return my calls. Is anyone else experiencing this from their dealer or from NA or is it just me?

 

Call the GM. Work your way up. Stop by if you can. I hope you have your information on paper that they "owe you", that way you can stuff it in your face.

Maybe your MA isn't there anymore and the manager is on vacation? It could happen.

 

Shouldn't you be calling the service advisor now that you have the car?

 

I tried calling once about my sunroof (took me about 7 people and being out on hold 11 times to finally get a service manager)..they said they would call me back..haven't heard from them since..

 

That's not how customer service should be! Complain to MINIUSA.

 

The SA is the guy to call. Once your MA has completed the deal & delivered the car, the SA is the guy who should be your contact point. This does not excuse their performance, but might help in the future.

 

Maybe you didn't give all 5s on the survey.
